By now, we've all seen Miley Cyrus naked -- so it looks like she's finding other ways to try and shock people. During Sunday night's MTV Europe Music Awards, the 20-year-old singer was awarded Best Video for her song "Wrecking Ball." After thanking her fans and the video's director, she reached into her Chanel purse, pulled out what appeared to be a joint, and proceeded to smoke it on stage.
