Last night, Rocsi (in a Rag & Bone Gold Lapel Silver Tuxedo Jacket) hosted a Toy Drive to Benefit Hurricane Sandy Victims at Xen Lounge in Hollywood that brought out many of her celebrity friends. For the event, Rocsi teamed up Girls with Gifts, a non-profit organization whose mission is to cultivate the passions of young ladies ages 11-18.
She spoke about the event's success saying,
“Words cannot express how overwhelmed and proud I am of last night’s Rocstar Rebuilds 1st Annual Toy Drive to benefit Hurricane Sandy Victims in conjunction with Girls with Gifts, FlipFlop Events and YES Productions as well as Xen Lounge. The outcome was phenomenal I knew people would donate toys but when I saw kind hearts arriving with not just 1 toy but multiple bags I held back tears to the generosity. I know what it's like to lose everything in a disaster, I saw my mother struggle to keep our spirits up when we lost it all and I'm glad that everyone involved last night will help out many families this Christmas and keep their spirits up. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.”
Xen Lounge owner Duane Martin posed for a pic with Rocsi, Chantel and her former "106 & Park" co-host Terrence J.
Actor Brandon T. Jackson also donated to the worthy cause.
Boxing champ Floyd Mayweather came out to support the toy drive.
Nikki Chu and Adrienne Bailon smiled and posed with Rocsi.
Adrienne's "Empire Girls" co-star Julissa Bermudez also attended.
BET executive Stephen Hill swung by to offer his support to the Hurricane victims as well.
Stephen was also seen chatting it up with Duane at the successful event.
