Looking like a model, David Beckham headed over to Downing Street to urge the Prime Minister David Cameron to take action on the Silent Crisis, which is child malnutrition, in London, England on Thursday (July 26).
Donning a dark suit and purple striped tie, the former Manchester United footballer and UNICEF ambassador posed with a letter signed by 50 sports and film stars before presenting it to Cameron and urging him to "pick up the pace" on fighting child hunger.
Earlier this week, David confirmed reports that he will be involved in the 2012 Olympics admitting to ITV News, “I’m playing a small part in the Opening Ceremony, which I am excited about. I’d love to tell you the details but I can’t. It’s exciting, it’s going to be good."
The 37-year-old will be happy to hear that on the final day of the Olympics the UK will host a "hunger summit" which will use the sporting event to shine light on the issue with hopes to encourage better nutrition for children world wide.
